I got once warned by MM for saying "Niggah stole my bike" in game

 

mm is considered BL in a very specific context! it means something in romanian! this is not the case tho
i wont ban for nigga, it is a rasist expression, but i dont think this was the intention here, the guy is maybe a rapper wannabe
I will issue an official warning to Hatake on his mail box!

omg, you chilled for some time and now you`re starting again.. nobody has anything against you, and i thought i made that very clear towards you; check my banning behaviour, and you will see i dont ban for such things!, My decision can be overruled by Seph, Power or Joe, so i am not going to explain myselft again, i belive my reasons stated above are very rational and clear.
For example : maybe BGA means something awful in indonezian, since this is an universal server everyone that starts typing jiberish should get baned!? If you are so correct, post SS with the whole conversation and measures will be taken! If not...

mm i wasn't sure on...the only 2 i was 100% sure on was slut and nigga cause both are insulting...but nope i guess you see otherwise...and i'll just start calling people sluts and niggas in games since you don't see them as bad/insulting words...

 

the correct rasist word is NIGGER! nigga is slang and its not usable in rasists contexts! If you woulde`ve had a rasist conversation with that guys i am very sure that you wouldeve posted more posts, most surely that guy said it, and you thought u can get him a ban.
And slut is offending, but i consider that sentence part of a bigger conversation, maybe with you provoking him. A warning seems more appropriate in my opinion.
Stop suffering of self induced persecution syndrome and behave like a man and an adult!

the only thing i was doing to either of them is what your whole ally does...pk people...and when they get offended with bad language from just pking them...boom every single one of them gets a ban...so pking them gets me to be called a nigga and a slut...wow nice work

 

apollo if you don`t stop acusing the admins and spaming useless here ill give you a short vacantion away from the forum. one of the admins already take a decision , if someone alse from them have other opinion you`ll find out !

 

I slept on it , and i think that even if my personal opinion is not to ban anyone here, i will follow the way that the other bans are given, so

Lizard and Hatake banned 1 day each for inadequate language!

 

I back-up GitaaS on this matter! His decision was correct (the first one).
@Apollo - I also would have considered your report inconclusive due to the fact that you might also have replyed with some bad language on those lines - your screen-shots only cover the lines posted by the other players.
BUT starting today, these problems will be contained by the Updates on Rule 4 and 5 which you can find on the Server Rules thread.
Thank you Apollo for forcing us to make this decision.
It will be a good one I'm sure because your reports on noobish chat will be inconclusive.
