Moss And Happy Hour Events

I can't complain about these new updates, I like them but there are a few concerns

1 ) When does Moss come? because it says its working but no one has seen him

2 ) Could you give us more information about happy hour, and when does it start? also what is it?

3 ) Since Golden archer stops working 3+ hours after the server restarts, could the server be restarted after every CS on Sunday, so the players can register their renas

Moss event and happy hour

According to this post about last update:

Everything from last update works except for the moss merchant and the happy hour event.

Happy hour should be at 10 am my time and i have sat online from 2 hours before until 2 hours after that time to make sure i didn't miss it...but it never came up, and other players have not seen it happen either

From talking with members who are online when i am not , none of us have seen moss merchant show up at all within the past week.

Are you sure these 2 events are enabled? Or what is happening for why they are not showing up?

Happy Hour is event which doubles the experience gained for 1 hour.
