Monsters Hit to hard

..... As title says....

Kanturu 3 monsters hit with 60-70 dmg with energy elf buff...
Raklion hit my soul master 500 damage , of course agility sm agility mg don't get hit so hard , but let them damage, of course lets not talk about sm pvm damage :| . I Hit golden great dragon with 100 dmg Oo. Even with elf buff nothing changes.
I don't get it sephiroth .. are server rates made to be impossible when hunting ?
I want to get a nice hades set+luck , i cannot go solo after doing master quest levels ?
What do i need a x gs set +13+L+dd+hp +7% dd to be able to hunt there to get hades +socket options :| ..................................................................Now will come kramer and kratos who both have dsr sets and rate monsters , i should deal more damage but yet i don't , sweet right?
I will make a screenie to show you that raklion rates are insane.
For now i want to grow levels in kanturu3 and even here with a lvl 390 energy elf i get hit 70 :| . WTF ?

Mozzie thouse are likeo ne step uder k3 how come they so strong?
I mean even after entering k3 the mobs are like omg .... but it's not normal .. i mean we are with EE for goodness sake
