Missing item?

I logged on today and i recognized one of my items missing

I always had them equippedon me but somehow i only have one sword?
What can I do?

 

you don`t need to be a scientist to know what you have to do ^^ use search ! if you just look in the help section you`ll find your answer !

i'll just get another sword.. & i will change my password

i have another problem
in my inventory there is one square where i cant put anyhing on that spot
i've tried the whole take all items and all but it will still do not go away
the spot is located 8 x 5
what can i do?

 

Do this : if u have any higher rafinament stones remove them frome your inventory , then do the same with the life potions , relog and the item ocupying the spot will apear so u can remove it , this should fix it

 

my inventory was completely empty and it still didnt work?

 

i've had this problem, ask an admin to fix it there was no other way, i tried all possible things

 

try this

1.Go to the vault and empty all your inventory(and i mean all, potions and everithing)
2.Switch character
3.Login on your character again
4.Item appears back on your inventory
