MG 3rd Wing +0 Gone

    I believed i place it in my store. don't know why missing now?
    can it be retrieve?

    The same old story: no character name, no info at all and we can't guess all of that.

    List your character name, item with it's options for a faster tracking, what was your last action, where did you placed it, date, aproximate server time and then we will be able to help you out.

    I don't know what time / day it happened :(
    last action was I put it in my shop (character) and then I reset.
    I doubt the rest gives problem to me?

    As I know when you reset your character the store items will go away also.

    As you can see on the reset function of the Website, there is a note/warning message saying

    and we admins were not responsible of this, just be careful next time.

    Unfortunately you lost those wings. What happend to you is normal so we're not talking about a bug here.

    Make sure that in the future you remove the items from personal shop before reset. Use your vault instead or a secondary account.
