   im checking it everytime i killed nightmare but then 10hrs isnt legit...maybe after 15-18hrs in my opinion

   It is legit. This is the exact time that nightmare will respawn once it was killed (36000 seconds which equals to 10 hours). If the server gets restarted or options get reloaded then the event timer will reset, but this was not necessary until now.
