Mastering levels

    hy... ia have a problem with mastering xp, i have lvl 400 and and i stayd ofr xp masterin ~3h. after that i've done the last bar and nothing... no mastering lvs no mastering points. now i have almost 4 rr and i am trying to do mastering levels for 3 weeks and nothing. (i am sm race)
    PS. today my brother has done the 400 lvl quest at 2 rr and after that he received 67 mastering points directly....

    please tell me what to do...:4:

    Next time use serch ...couse others had the same problem ...
    Have the 3rd quest completed ??After you acheving lvl 400 do you u , continue LVLing over lvl 400, and u will get mastering lvls, with one point per lvl, how many master lvl do u have now?
