   It could be little bit stupid question but I recently got seal and I havent seen any kind of change with socket items drop in raklion.
   
   I'd like to know how does that seal change drop of the socketed items? I would like to know if it's supposed to make drop more socket items on the ground and does it have any effect on the number of sockets item has?

   It refers to the general items drop, not just socketed and it influences just the drop not the number of sockets too. As for a certain value, well I doubt anyone knows that as I haven't seen any public formula or explained algorithm by webzen so far regarding this.
