Solved Master Seal of Ascension

Seals include base experience, this means 100% (base exp) + 50% (bonus exp) when using Master Seal of Ascension and 100% (base exp) + 100% (bonus exp) meaning double exp rate when using Master Seal of Wealth, it's always been like this. Latest seasons will display only the bonus exp so you will see the buff icon at 50% instead of 150% as webzen changed tooltip description but the effect is the same in all seasons so it's working as intended. http://prntscr.com/brgu6x

 

It's not bad wording, it's just how it's always been displayed, in all versions. They only changed the display tooltip in new seasons starting with s9 and up because most new players that come to this game are young and can't seem to understand simple things but the effect it's still the same, you still get 100% base exp + 50% exp bonus.
