Master Seal of Ascension (vote points)

I used this seal a few days ago before the update without issue. I started a seal again last night and it's been a disaster. I've dc'd at least 9 times and I rarely ever d/c. It takes me substantially longer to level up now. My xp seal disappears randomly and my experience value resets to 0/0 when I'm over level 300. Using the seal this time has been nothing but trouble. It may be a coincidence that I'm dcing so much now, but it started within 20 minutes of using the seal. Also it's not my internet service provider, antivirus or firewall as I don't lose my connection to anything else I have running throughout the entire time.

After the most recent reboot today, it seems to work again. However almost the entire seal has been wasted, I'm pretty unsatisfied with it, but I know I won't get a replacement seal.
