Marriage System not working

Just a little bit ago Crusadius (MG) and myself (Elf) tried to get married in Devias 2 and followed the guide. We both had bless and soul and zen and also the 2 witnesses but yet it didn't work. Has it been disabled or are we doing something wrong?

i propose admin that you can tell us how it works . Because these 2 players are selling this information on the server , and i would like to know how to make it work hehe.

Admin answer this thread since some of us , aren't that desperate to get married , but later on when we find the right soul mate ( haha - like crus and destiny) we will consider it.
