Good day admins and fellow players. I have a question about a recent market purchase of mine. I bought an EXC Piercing Grove armor from a fellow named Swept but instead of getting the armor I got this bow instead. Then I restarted the game. The item reappeared from the store. Since I was a bit desperate to get the armor, I bought it again. This time I decided to print the screen of the whole process. This time I was able to purchase the item. I was hoping to get some clarifications if this was just a bug or an exploit in the market system. Thank you and have a great day. Cheers.
Images are too small to be seen, put a direct link of the full images and next time open your thread into the right category. Seems to be x10 server after checking the offstore position from your screenshots so thread moved where it belongs. There have been no reports regarding any market issues therefore do mention both character names (yours and the seller), exact time and the price of the items (if you remember them) so we can check out the logs.

Thanks for checking the logs. I don't remember buying an arrow viper bow as I don't have any use for that. My main character is an RF and my elf is to weak to wield that weapon. I'm pretty sure I bought the armor during the first purchase as it even disappeared from the seller's view after I confirmed buying it. It only reappeared from my view after I restarted the game.
You probably bought it by mistake then and at that time the player you bought the armor from was updating his store. Logs don't lie.
and neither am I. It's also impossible for me to buy the item by mistake since I have to confirm the item I'm buying. The amount I've lost is pretty small. I'm not even asking for a refund or anything, I just want clarifications. I just don't want this kind of stuff happening next time I buy something from the market. I do appreciate your immediate response and for taking time to check the logs. Thanks.
