Making feather of condor

is it just me or its not working at all to mix lvl2+9+add summ wings to make feather of condor? it should work cuz its 2nd lvl right?

 

2nd lvl of summoner doesnt works in making lvl3 wings..
try other wings except for summoner...
im not sure if DL cape works too..

i think summoner is a verry buged char and shes ugly to , elfs are sexyer

 

well i have some problems with mine as well, but its like when dl first appeared.. bugged, and still are some skills like summon ...
