LVL up points problem

    Hi all, i have a little problem, by mistake a pout 2660 lvl up point in commnand from the site and i have a RF caracter, can i regain my lvl up points somehow?

    Gixx pls help, at my 5 rr and bad choice of points pouting my RF barely lvl-s up :(
