lost str points

i need to know if you can My change char to 32000 on the str i am up set with the fact that i did not knwo there was a limit that you can set too. Im sure that your as up set as you are to have to redo it but I have not reset the charictor yet I just built on him can you possibily do this for me I would appreciate it? Starfire is the char and natasha is the account pls help me

 

im saying that i was at 32000 yesterday and i added 2000 and it reset to 0. i did not know that there were limits to what you could add can you change it back? i would appreaciat it i dont care about the lose of points i just want my str back to 32000. please tell me if you can so i can use him to restart my player.

babe told me you can help but she did not tell me that i can overshoot points. i need this fixed and i and play alot look at the charts im on this almost unstopable and i need help to do something with starfire if you cant help i want ot know and i wont to start playing

From Premium: He had 32K str, he added another 2K to str because he didn't know the maximum stat limit, and his str got bugged. And he wants it fixed
