Lost Scroll from Cashshop

    Hi,

    i would like to inform u that i lost scroll of wrath after i used scroll of stregthener. it says in Cashshop that u can use both at the same time but its not true. my scroll of wrath disappeared after i used scroll of stregthener. its 200 coins that i lost. i hope i can get it back. thx

    Your post doesn't contain your character name therefore we cannot know who are you.

    First of all, make sure you download our latest updates. You definetly didn't downloaded our latest patch because you would have seen that you cannot stack them and this has been discussed in our forums as well long time ago.

    Next thing to do is to send me a PM here on forum with your character name, item that you purchased, name of coins that you used, the server date and time when you purchased the item and use it. I'll refund your coins but download the patch and notice that you may use one seal + one scroll at a time. You may buy panda additionally but you cannot stack multiple seals or scrolls.

    @Gix, I think to avoid these kind of problems, you should get the texts on cashshop edited, just sayin' ^^.

    The latest patch has them updated, it's just that it wasn't an automatic update through the launcher, but a manual one.
    I'll check the links in case the mirrors mixed up.
