Lost premium coins

    Hello

    Today I noticed that premium coins from my account disappeared . I don't know correct date of incident, but I suppose it could happen when "crash problems" were repaired.
    Essentially it disappeared 4350 premium coins (3 characters x 1450 pc) .

    account: ******
    characters: Nobek , Mg42 , Sets

    I will be grateful for help

    Those "crash" problems have nothing to do with that. One single action has been performed to correct that and that is a server reboot and that problem concerned just a few players from the serer and you were not one of them.

    Next, Premium Coins are not splited among characters as they are added per account and I also cannot find your account into any donations log so make sure you PM me with the payment details because premium coins do not just dissapear from accounts and return to a null value. By the way, you cannot suppose something as long as you can't know when it happend.

    Hello Gix

    Gix , those premium coins were not for payment , but for regular vote server. I didn't use them, so accumulated 1450 on every char , only main char - DarivSis was "empty" of premium coins ,cause I bought ToA . I noticed that p.c disapeared when I tried to buy next ToA with other character.

    Solved after discussing in PM.

    If anyone else is reading this forum, remember that Premium Coins and Vote Coins are rewarded per account not per each character created on your account so by spending the coins with any character, the total ammount of coins will decrease.
