lose item

    Hi my nick in game xDarkKSoul i have a little problem yeasterday i think :D i lose Vine Pants Fo +15+luck+dd+ref+hp+28add because i add yellow opt when wrong opt add i put item to green men in aida on right ofcourse :D and i need cancell wrong oprion and i get disconected and when i log in to the game i gon't have item in my inventory i don't have screens from this bug ;/ i don't make every dc screens ;/

    First of all you were instructed to PM me right? On situations like this you need to make a complete report such as exact date, hour, minute, action.

    Also why didn't you took a screenshot with the d/c window? You should know that disconnecting during CM mix you loose the item.

    I'll wait you to offer all required details so i can check this.

    You sure you put the item on the right green man right? There's one man to take off yellow option and another to convert the item into an item to improve the option itself which in case of failing the item desapears.

    ok so this problem start:
    2013-03-18
    Time: 12:00 i think +/- i don't remember perfect what time is it
    lose item: Vine Pants +15+luck+dd+ref+hp+28add
    Nickname character what have bug: xDarkKSoul. information what can help. I make gr on mg xDarkSoulx and buy 3 items Vine Armor,Pants,Helmet at 11:30 i think +/-. I have 2,7k+ credits, left me 188 if i good remember.

    ps. i don't make screen shoot because i don't know abau this bug i think item will back to my inventory and i see him when i back to game :( and yes im who write to you yesterday.

    Why you call this a bug? You got disconnected and probably the issue was on your side (high cpu load, ram, short de-sync, connection lost, etc). Obviously while having an item inside the Chaos Machine and get disconnected you loose that item otherwise imagine that people would abuse that and they'll never loose items when mixing. So no, this was definetly not a bug but badluck from your side.

    You talked with Andrasteia, not with me.

    I'll take a look in the morning and check the logs.
