items bug

    my char's name: ThietQuyen. I picked a +2 on the floor in Swamp of Calmness and it turn out to be like on the picture. Please help me to unstuck the items out my vault.

    The last patch i have download is 2 months ago. Is there any new patch come up? If yes, after i download it the bug items will be disappeared?

    Well, when something is wrong, the first thing you have to do is to read what the launcher says and check out the downloads page so download the latest patch first and you will see if the problem persists.

    Dear Gix,

    I already downloaded the lastest batch and update it. However, the problem is still not solved. The bug queen's items still in my vault and stuck to it. Could you help me with this matter?

    Just checked your account and I am not having this problem because I am using the latest patch.

    Kindly go to your MU folder, archive the entire "Local" folder from Data\Local and upload it to a website like mediafire or sendspace.
