    It's always been like this, 380 items are not considered normal items in this game due to the level requirement so they follow the excellent CM mix rate. Another example would be with a 0 sockets item which follows the CM socket mix rate and not the normal item one even if it has no sockets at all.

    Normal items are all items that are non-excellent, non-socketed and they don't have any level requirement to be worn.
