Issue with voting

    I noticed the last 3 or 4 times I voted I hadn't received any points. I waited at least 12 hours each time, and I put in the captcha. This isn't an excuse to not keep voting, however I'd like to get the points towards the in-game shop.

    Hello

    The script is automatically adding the Vote Coins, we won't do it manually

    Make sure you relog after you have voted in case you cannot see your Vote Coins. I just voted few minutes ago and worked like a charm and as i can see the logs, it's working fine for the others aswell

    Try to clear your cookies and cache before voting

    Unfortunately the issue still remains. I cleared cookies / cache, then logged out and back in. Still the votes are not giving credit.

    Are you using a static ip?

    Try creating a secondary account and vote from that one as a test.

    Let me know if it worked

    Tried on another account and it shows 0 credits. I'm not being redirected back to diablomu after I vote, is this intended?

    So today I see that the points are showing up in the game shop, just not on the site.

    There are premium coins and there are voting coins. Not the same thing.

    The website shows the premium coins, which can only be obtained with $$. The voting coins only show in game.

    Also there's "Grand Reset Credits", which show on the website in the Mu Wallet section, but nobody has those -yet-

    Shooter, as wavetrex said, the website points are obtainable when you grand reset your character. So those are not vote coins

    Vote Coins may be seen only ingame by pressing X inside safezone and no, you don't need to be redirected back to diablomu after voting

    I was just confused as I have 15 coins in the mu wallet and I haven't donated, and the reward for voting is 15 credits. It's obvious to see where the confusion came in but I had figured out it was in game. Thanks.

    Hello, im playing on this server for 1 week now .. i voted 1x every day and havent recieved ANY reward yet... i clean my cookies / cache every day (need that for a brower game) so that cant be the problem... what about this redirecting to DiabloMu ? is it normal to stay on the ranking side?
