Is quest3 bugged?

Or more specific: is quest3 for summoner bugged?

I searched for 3 hours to find the quest3 items. None found. I looked at different spots in Arena, Lost Tower and Icarus.
Every half hour i went back to the Priest to activate quest. I made a switch, even relogged, but no results.
I heard from other summoner the same problem.
So the question is if the quest3 is available to summoner, as other chars were able to do the quest.

 

well did you make marlon quest first? -(i am a bk and it worked)

As i know, in the previous season, the summoner couldn`t make marlon..but maybe on this season it can.. so try to find the ring and the other thing that su needs in order to make lvl 3 quest

for quest lvl 3 >> as eXplosion say : make quest lvl 2 then marlon quest and after 380 lvl beggin makin lvl 3 quest ! the items drops in arena

Of course i did the Marlon quest first. That worked fine.
It is with finding the quest3 items that the problem occurs.

So what to do?

 

and it`s another thing maybe u know it but still i want to confirme it...don`t try to make the quest if u have Party becouse it will not work.
in case u know this i just wanted to remind other players ( who might not know ) not to do this in party.

 

i did 1st part of the quest 3x3 items in about 45minutes in arena some time ago, but i know summoner who has bin trying to get it for like 3h+ and didnt get a single item, tho he was doing everything right.

 

I had that problem for ring of honor, and it took me a day to get it. All i could say sw on spots and on chars if it doesn't drop after a while.
