Is DL and RF skills causing DCs? (Like in GMO)

Was wondering if the DL and RF are bugged here as they are in GMO?

I play dl and RF and never had that issues on blizzmu.

As above, I haven't had any such issues. Maybe that problem is patched on this client/server side. Should be noted though that if you intend on playing eRF/aRF, the AOE skills have all had their range nerfed down to 3.
