   when i add max skill dame, it become +0 skill dame, GM can you test for it?

   That's because you overpassed the max value. Google for the max values of harmony options or see this screenshot http://prntscr.com/c5835f so for the skill attack increase option you stop adding more harmony jewels once you reach 22 (max value). Check the yellow option max values before upgrading that certain item.
