I want to report a bug

Hello, I'm DArkkamui , I want to report a bug about the making of the first quest: The characters that we played in the previous season now can't make the first quest however the ones who delete their characters and started with a new character can make the quest(What i think is that the ones which started with the same char from the previous season had made the first quest so know they cant make it). What i think u should do is to restart the quest option from the database. With respect, DArkkamui
