    Okay lets try to understand.

    The VIP maps you can find them as 2 RF's in lorencia and you need lvl 100 and 150 to acces them by trading
    If the staff didn't answer you yet, don't worry it says it may take up to 48hours to answer you
    If you think VIP doesen't work then i don't know, because it works or it doesen't. You'll see when you log in how many days left you got and stuff
