Hello, I have trouble playing the game, when i try to log into the game, the menu in the middle disappears and I'm stuck at the screen with the 3 ships. The Menu and Credit buttons are clickable though. Thank you!
Kindly post us a screenshot or a short video with what you see. Have you followed the written steps on the client download patch and added DEP for windows services only together with adding your client folder to the antivirus exceptions list or turning your antivirus off to see if that is causing this?
I created another account and It allowed me to go past that problem and into the character selection page, I think the problem that caused this could be due to my account username
I marked the thread as solved, though I doubt the account name was the reason. Could you please send me a private message with that first account name that you claim to have had the described problem so I can check it myself? The first account you registered had 3 characters (letters) so that was the reason as you would need atleast 4 characters just like you are required when creating a character name.
