Having some problems with full items shop!

Hello, I donated 25 euros yesterday and received my DMU credits, thankyou for your prompt service. My problem is I purchased a sword and ring from the full item shop but it doesnt seem to work. After I click on - do I want to spend my credits, it loads a new page.
When I check my credits are still there and no items.

Maybe I am doing something wrong, your help would be appreciated.

A couple of things I forgot - I am using Firefox and there is space in my vault.

Word of warning: Although I received the item in game using the mirror link posted above, the supposed to be "fo" item did not have its options in-game though it shows on webshop that it has all the options.
Hey who knows, this might not happen to you, maybe the item i bought was bugged.

I got a similar problem with webshop. After selecting an item and pressing "Add item to first available slot" i confirm the expense of given number of credits. The following page tries to be opened:
http://diablo-network.com/mu/low-exp/webshop/index.php?sy=items&additem=sy
but it ends up empty, with only menu on the left. Please help.
