Solved Grand Reset Bug?

    Hello, today i tried to master reset my BK (Pipizinho), and the site just load and dont finish the process...
    have any bug active?
    the character has level, resets and money
    and today i master reseted my MG...
    have a limit of master resets by day?
    i put vip yesterday, and now i cant reset more :/

    same problem !! i tried for like 4 hours and nothing. I have VIP too and when i push GRAND RESET a bar is loading than nothing happen .. pls help

    same problem, that little loading is all i get and does nothing.

    If you notice any urgent issues like being unable to reset/grandreset it's best to contact us by mail or send a private message as we receive email notifications when that happens and we can see it faster.
    Informed the web developer about this problem, be patient.

    Fixed, several updates have been applied last night concernic a security patch together with a new ranking system and required a new table to be altered inside the database.

    @Pipizinho, you only had to wait a few hours not a whole day.

    I've added the missing hours to the vip packages of those who tried to perform a grand reset (there were only three accounts, exactly the ones who posted here) and didn't worked, time calculation started with your first grand reset attempt until the fix has been applied.
