Solved Game window closes while playing.

    When I'm on spot game closes without notice.
    And this only happens when I'm using my desktop on my laptop this does't seem to happen.
    I think I can replicate the issue and it only takes around 2 mins for it to happen. Usually when I check another tab and when I go back to check on my character the game has already closed.

    What tab are you checking? Sounds like some program is detected as a cheat. Check your MuGuard folder and send me the llahlog.dat file.

    right now only have google chrome just watching anime and reading stuff on forum. lldb.bat main.bat MGlogo.bmp are the only files in my MUGuard.

    Try checking the DEP settings and turn off windows defender/essentials. Also did you added the mu folder into avast exceptions list?

    Testing DEP setting now. Yes I have it on exception list on both malware bytes and avast.

    I looks like some process gets injected into the main executable. When exactly does the game window closes for you? Randomly, after x minutes or while browsing a certain application/page ?
    If it's working fine on your laptop something is definetly interfering with the client on your desktop pc.

    Try reinstalling the client with malware bytes and avast closed (make sure to restart after that) and let me know how it goes. I use malwarebytes myself and it's working like a charm.
    Not sure if avast has an option to turn off false positive like bitdefender does which interfere with lots of mu clients and other online games. In bitdefender it looks like this http://prntscr.com/awbyk2

    Most likely the case since it doesn't happen to my laptop. It's pretty much random sometime it take 5~10 mins. sometime i play around an hour before it closes on me.

    I also have spybot not sure if that is causing anything. I'll try reinstalling the game first. If not I'll have to play on my laptop Until I get a chance to reformat my PC and see if that will work.

    Yea try to reinstall in a different folder, make sure the folder is writable so the log file gets created, this way we can trace down the program that injects into the process. Might want to try uninstalling additional softwares too and see if that helps. Let me know how it goes and if it's still the same I'll send you tomorrow a private message with a debugger to get some more info of this behaviour.

    Well something happened I was playing around the programs running at the background then I saw CCleaner had an exception list. Added main.exe and mu.exe and now client is still running at least 2 hours now. I'll try to do a test later and see if it would close anymore.

    It's a good idea to close all background applications if some of those applications are injecting into the mu process and closing it. I use cc cleaner and bitdefender just fine in the background and I got no problems, but in your case close any non-windows software (make sure that in task manager you select to see all users processes) and if everything is fine then launch back only the essential ones like antivirus, malwarebytes for a day or so. You don't need a spybot software for example when you have malware bytes and avast, that's just an useless heuristic/live computer scan that won't do better than the softwares you already got installed.

    Just got back to this. I've uninstalled Spybot - Search & Destroy Anti-malware & Antivirus Software and currently it has not closed yet. But I'll wait and see if it goes well.
