Game dont start

hey guys/girls

i installed DiabloMU and wanted to play, a error came that main.exe dont work anymore and is searching for a solution.
tryed everything i could find on the forum and help desk, nothing works for it

can you help me?

First install a fresh copy of the full client: Downloads - DiabloMu.com - MuOnline Private Server
See if the update works and if the game is good to start.
What happens after you click start game? at which point does it crash?

well i tryed to re instal and updated again
same error when i click start game it begins to load and then i get a message that main.exe isnt working anymore, and then i need to close it.
