Game Does not Start

I tried all steps as mentioned in few other reports as well as the 2 FIX METHODS provided by Seph.. but my client refuses to start.

I have windows 7 and i had no problems at all running the previous client season...

Any ideas pls?? I kinda wanna play ^^

 

The Game Guard icon pops out.. and that's it..
After the Game Guard... nothing else open

 

That means the anti cheat is closing your main.exe, so there's something that you have running, try reboot, then open your task manager and kill most of the stuff running under you username and try to run it again.

Also if muerror.log shows anything? what about event log?

 

all things mentioned above.. i have done them. I downloaded everything but still i am not able to start the game..

Any other ideas?

 

Hi, i answer here to no repeat the post. I have that problem too, nothing happens when i press GAME START. =/ i tried all methods but it still dont working :S.
PD: The gameguard logo doesnt appear for me. It's just nothing after i press game start.

Try pushing F12 after you see gamegaurd. My game auto minimizes as soon as it initializes, which made me think it was closing out. Also if you are using any of the old autoclickers try without them. Lastly I'd try run as administrator and make sure mugaurd is on the accept list for you antivirus / firewall.

 

Doesnt work. And the process doesnt appear on task manager. Shooter, i said that nothing happens when i press start game, neither appears the gameguard image. I tried deactivating firewalls and antivirus too, but nothing.

Can you give some information about your computer, such as operating system version and video card?

 

Try to remove all Mu seasons from your computer (totally), better go to control panel to be sure that you won't forget something! And then download again the new one and install it, it worked for me!
