Game closes after a while

Game closes after a while without any notice or message coming out.
Its really annoying cause i cant train for long hours and i hope someone can please help me.

Things i did to try to solve the problem:

1) update drivers
2)added main.exe and diablomu.exe to Data Execution Prevention
3)turned off firewall and windows defenders while installing and playing
4)re-installed client a few times... but problem still persists...
5)manually downloaded patch and run it, as well as anti-lag patches

 

Are you playing in Fullscreen or Windowed mode?

 

im playing in windows mode.

 

oh just now when it crashed again, my browser opened this page and says "[Involved:] muguard case 017. Cheat detected with memory scanning method."

 

Do you have any other program running at the same time with MU?

 

no i have nothing on...apart from times where i open Google Chrome or Internet Explorer to do my work, but no other programs on.

 

IDon't know if either of these will fix your problem, but you could try running starting the game as admin and/or running the game in full screen

Edit: I've also noticed that when an auto complete box opens up in my browser I also get a mu guard error

 

i dont press q at all.. i can leave my game running for say 10 minutes, it can just close without any warning or notice appearing.

no autocombo cause im playing a sm =)

only sometimes when it closes will there be muguard case 017 or 018 appearing, or it says 'The application has failed to initialize properly, 0x000015'.

As mentioned before, try running in full screen, I've had a handful of players fix their unexplained crashes like this. Two make sure you're not running any auto clickers since there's one in game. Also are you wearing any level required items like rings/pends/weapons/armor? Those can cause crashes and errors for some players.

 

Hmm full screen indeed seemed to help, i crashed less now. :wink:

However, with full screen on i cant alt-tab to my internet browser so i cant do my work...

F12 allows me to minimise, but i stop attacking :angry:

If you are using F10 it should still be attacking.

 

i tried with F10, followed by F12, but i stopped attacking.

F5 works though, but when i press F12, screen turns weird, like a blue screen of some sort..

 

pssh..just when i thought the problem was solved... it came back again :angry:

Either the client freezes and closes, or when i minimise it, it closes.
