game client crash!!!

    Good day Sir/Madam..

    i just wondering...my game client is crashing with in 2-5 mins...

    it just hanging up and then automatically close..

    After my client crashed i open website and i cant access, even in main.exe..

    and back to normal after some minute..

    I just made an SS with of my command Prompt pinging facebook and diablomu website at same time...

    My ping on facebook looks fine but my connection on your server is poor..

    i keeps me dc all the time.. any advice?
