1. No, you can't limit that except by rules and 1 alliance only breaks the game concept 2. 7 days is enough 3. No, buff effects are bound to the game 4. There are already 10-20 stacks but max stack is 30 5. Not going to happen.
At least maybe you can change guild capacity to 30-40 ? 80 cap + 2 or 3 alliance = 240-320 ppl. This guild capacity designed for globalmu (3500 online). Peoples spliting to 2 side only and not much funny.
Guild capacity is given by the character class, not by a server setting, so it's a class advantage. This guild capacity is designed for the game itself and obviously for the official server, nothing to do with how many online players they got though as mu was far more popular back in the days when there was no dl for example and everyone was capped at 35. You can't expect to change everything the way you want in a game that doesn't belong to you, right? It's called private server for a reason.
No problem at all. To be honest I was dissapointed myself when guild cap was increased in MU during new class being introduced, it was better with max 35-40 capacity per guild but well, thats how it is and we have to accept it.

Please avoid bumping threads to ask question, this is a suggestion thread. Post your questions into the adequate forums. Seals will be available in-game, running a server doesn't come free, there has to be some sort of support method.
