evil spirits and ice storm do not function at SM

pls make my agility stats 22000 because at 27000, 28000,29000 and 30000 evil spirits and ice storm do not function.

if somebody know maxim stats at agility from SM without pet or unicorn that function good answer me pls.

icestorm does work..only visual bug..no skill but there's dmg..
for es..i think the max agi u can do es without unicorn is around 27.7k..if im not wrong..correct me if im wrong..

 

from SM , ice storm and evil spirits work without pet with maxim agility 26000 and between 26000 and 32767 with pet, unicorn....
