    the blacklist is showing who has been caught breaking a rule and then which rule they broke...the more rules they broke the longer the punishment...up until 6 i believe is the permanent ban from the game

    I don't quite understand your post but first of all the blacklist has not been updated since long time ago and we removed it anyway as we can remember who broke the rules more than once.

    Also, the user Alchemist broke the rule just once as you can see that red number - 1 so i suppose you're asking why he is still ingame? In this case, read Kratos post. The blacklist is not the list with the forbidden players from this server

    Please read our posts again as you missunderstood.

    He is not permanent banned. That blacklist showed he was banned once only
