Elf Soldier Blessing

Assuming gixx is correct in this topic elf soldier buff should dissapear after certain amount of time, however either that time is extremly long or there's something wrong with the buff.

In the topic i linked before a player had buff dissapear within a short time after receiving it, I in the other hand have vice versa experience, i reseted yesterday(~36h ago), took the buff at level 1 and i still have the buff so gixx could you check elf soldier buff settings?

...and no its not visual bug, i have 3 comps here, checked on the 2 other ones using my alts and the buff is there.
