Solved Drop of some items.

This is not a problem as not all items should drop in this event and the same goes for 380 items which is why you have kundun and other different events where you can get them from. In x100 wasn't a problem either, we added at some point few of the rf/mg items but we decided to revert and stick to the original config like every server does because adding new items would break the whole event rate formula as you have to reduce some other items rate to add another. By default game settings, some of the items do not drop in this event, you cannot stack all items in single event but you can obtain them from other events.

 

They do have the global standard setting, (same hp, same attack, same defence, same everything) you can always calculate damage and watch the monsters attribute tables on a website like guiamuonline if you are not that experienced with no reset servers, there is absolutely no difference at all, just that the monster hp bar visually resets every time it looses 65535+ hp. About 99% no reset servers use the default monster attributes which are exactly the ones we are using here, it's a standard monster database after all. Kundun has 5 mil hp and the invincibility/hp refill abilities while selupan has 4.8 mil hp, these are the default values and can be found on guiamuonline for confirmation. I can only see you asking later to make them stronger because they are too easy once you get some good build/set

 

Guiamuonline is a tutorial website for the official mu server not an independed server and doesn't matter if GMO is season 11 or later, monsters hp is left unchanged since years ago.



As you can see, it's exactly the same. All server files come with standard monster rates and almost no server changes them.



I'm not sure about your non reset servers experience but bosses hp doesn't change when new season is released, most bosses if not all have never been changed since they were introduced.
You won't find a full season 8 drop list anywhere, even the guiamuonline droplist isn't accurate for any season, only gmo developers, admins of servers have access to that information.
Your best chance of obtaining rf 380 items is by participating to server events kundun, nightmare, crywolf, etc once you get some decent gear.
Your expectations are a bit high though, it's been 3 weeks since the server started and you want the very high end gear already while you are not even maxed.
