Defense Rate on Gloves and boots!

The defense rate doesn't work on gloves and boots...Fix it please because Agility characters lose out on defense rate because of this...i'm missing out on a couple hundred defense rate because this isn't working

I wouldn't go around showing people what you received . Players like Lucid get mad because of these screen shots.

If this problem is to be fixed then also fix the kanturu2 mobs dmg , they hit us to hard , reduce their damage by 80 % , because at the moment they hit with 100 on a sm with 570 defense+230 buff.
