   So i was the only ally signed up, and i was able to get to throne room but when i took both switches it showed the same switch number for both so i couldn't take CS...if you need screens to show this just let me know

   It wasn't bugged. The answer has already given by yourself http://forum.gamesymbol.com/f549/castle-owner-532164/
   So when the leader is switched back to none and all CS settings are reloaded, everything goes into an Idle state. Will be solved by the next CS but this also will probably bring the inactive guild back on rampage and compete at the event.

   I guess we'll see what happens hopefully will bring them back to be active and not just for CS
