Solved Creating 2.5 Wings

So Im trying to create my 2.5 chaos wings from Summoner 2nd lvl wings+add and hell maine's leather but i can get maximum 15% succes rate. According to the guide only way to increase my chances would be to add talismans of luck but i dont have 45 of those. When i put cape of lord instead of summ wings i get 60% but cant mix it cuz cape is bugged. Are summoner's wings bugged or it should give me 15% chances? I also get 15% when mixing mg wings with leather.

 

Any wings +9 + add should give u the same rate / btw i made 2.5 cape from a dl lvl 1 cape .

 

when i mix it with DL cape nothing happens and few more players are having the same issue with DL cape it is event added as a note in the guide that you can mix it only when you have cape+10 so idk maybe you just had a lot of luck. It may be a little hard to get my wings on +9 so i hope that its a bug ;p

 

+9+8add wings will give you 59% rate, cape+10+4add 60%

Lol , just now i undestood what u were doing , so u were trying to get max rate with a +0~6 rate wing ? ) , gl with that mate , if u google those wings u will find many guides that tells u u need +9 wings lvl 2 , and on some servers u cant even combine if u dont have lvl 2 wing +9.

 

is it real the cape must be +10 ?? however 60% was fine to me i dont want take the risk to +10, but just to sure is it need to be +10 lvl 2 cape ??i have a dl cape and +9+8dmg +death king bone+creation+chaos but during combination nothing happen
