So out of nowhere my clients started crashing without warning and without any error windows or similar. I uninstalled the client, cleared logs, run full scanns etc. Restarted PC and installed the client again. Everything was fine for hours untill I went to YouTube to listen to some music. Crashed again.

For 1 month I was playing the server without any problems between client and YouTube. Untill today.

These files are showing in my MU folder:
    https://www.upload.ee/image/5911648/crash.jpg

    https://www.upload.ee/image/5911650/crash2.jpg

I also lose access to the gameserver and website for 2-3 minutes after the crash.

    Any ideas whats going on?

P.S.: It just happened again without anything else turned on except 2 clients of MU.

Have you made any recent software installations? If you're loosing access to the website 2-3 min after the crash try reseting your modem/router otherwise it has to do something with your connection as they're hosted on separate servers.

Those kind of files and contents appear to me after random client auto closes, there is also .dmp file created at the same time.

No idea, but I have a feeling it's the anticheat misbehaving :)

Those files are created by the client itself, anticheat has it's separate logs file, llahlog.dat. The fact that you loose connection on website too it's odd and you are saying this started to happen out of nowhere and although this isn't something new when it comes to mu and online games it's still a strange behaviour. What operating system are you using? Have you tried running latest updates? Try uninstalling your video card drivers, netframework and redistributables and reinstall them together with the directx posted on our downloads page http://eternalmu.com/downloads

    I'm using windows 7 x64.
Clients are stable for the last 30+ hours.
Are you sure reinstalling all this things will help ?

I cannot guarantee, I just gave you a common advice for similar issues with mu and other games. If you had no issues for the past 30+ hours then you don't have to try anything becaause it seems like it's fixed now and you probably had some internet/modem problems.
