Claw of Beast, which is needed to make fenrir does not seem to drop in Crywolf. Or perhaps the drop rate is very low. Also the Crywolf / LoT / CS server does not have happy hour. Not sure if this is intended. Exp in crywolf is quite low as it is.
The drop rates for fenrir ingredients are default, keep trying and remember that each ingredient has a minimum monster drop level. Crywolf/Lot/CS are hosted on a separate cluster and this server doesn't have any running events except the default ones: loren deep invasion (+20% exp than normal), crywolf and castle siege event. The purpose of these maps is to hunt valuable items not to levelup your character (except loren deep event) which is why there are no spots there but experience rate is still 10x normal and 5x for mastering, not lower.
