Charecter Transfer Query.

    I have donated for a charecter transfer and sent a email like the following:

    Account ID: ********
    Charecter name: Terra

    move to

    Account ID: *******

    Transaction ID: ********


    I would like you to move the charecter Terra and all the charecter belongings in inventory to the new account.

    Thank you.



    I want to ask, how will this process be done and how should we deal with it? I am currently using Terra charecter .

    Well first of all we recommend removing all items and trade them using a secondary char or with a friend help so we can make sure nothing is lost and there are no problems.

    You also need to be out of a guild

    The transfer is made with a custom made software and the character will be moved to the account w/o any loss or errors

    Sorry to double post, couldn't find edit. Can you move the charecter called "Ifrit" instead because I was unable to leave guild on my charecter I want to transfer in the first place because it is announcment stage.

    Sorry, I did not know this would happen.
