   Hello,
   I wanted to ask if this table is correct when it comes to upgrading an excellent item , with also 2 talismans of luck and VIP.
   +10 =
   +11 =
   +12 =
   +13 =
   +14 =
   +15 =
   If not, i'd like to ask what are actually the success chances please.

   Not sure why your rates (they're incorrect) are decreasing by 2% on each upgrade but if you want to know the final % using 2 ToL + VIP then watch the in-game rate shown by the CM and add +10%+5%
   
   Example:
   1 Exc Item +10+lk + 2 ToL + VIP = 45%+25% + 10% + 5% (85%) success rate to upgrade the item to +11
