    Hello!
    Do you know what is the rate Chaos Goblin?
    Because I tried 10 times to 10 wash item and is succeeded once.
    A similar problem is with Feather Condor. 13 times filed.

    10 or more failed with Feather Condor here ..i know ppl with more than 15 failed.. nobody create Feather Condor until now, so is a problem.

    i failed feather 10 times also.
    3 times i used talismans of luck failed on 7-30%
    im trying every day with more and more talismans...

    i tried to do +11 my dragon armor and gloves with luck+ref..and i lost those items..

    I'll have a look after i'm done with the work project and fix it. Probably there will be a reboot tomorrow to solve this.

    Rebooted NoN-PvP so test the condor feather creation. Also remember to use good items because if you're expecting to get a condor feather with lame items then ur wrong

    Settings have not been applied on pvp too since the castle siege begins today and we'll reboot that server only after the siege ended so test only on NoN PvP
