Chaos Goblin...100% failed 2 times

    So i tried making wings from both my EE (sandboxed) and my emg (normal main) so i only have proof for one of the mixes

    putting CDA and chaos in = 100%:

    showing the + on CDA:

    and then the fail:

    this happened at about 17:33 server time and it definitely is a bug for either the weapon or something else...because it shouldn't fail on 100%...on 99 or below i could understand it failing but not at 100%

    This happened to me about 4 times, I gave up reporting it
