    Will still have non-exc items?
    because I tried just now, eternalmu server time:August 24, 2013 00:48:49

    I got 2 non exc item, 1 GOH, and 1 higher refinery stone.

    That's normal.

    Chaos card drop list had some of the items non-exe only = without the possibility of being excellent at all. Those items were replaced with excellent only and rare tickets were removed.

    Getting a non-exe exe item is still possible due to the default probability and the purpose of chaos card because that is how it works. Default probability for excellent items was also increased by +20% but making it 100% would be just too easy since all low quality items were removed so the success rate of getting good items is higher.
