Castle Siege time

    Hi, it's me again. I just want to suggest to make Castle Siege 1-2 hour(s) earlier. I invited a lot of people, from Philippines, but the current siege time is a bit late for them (10pm~11pm) that's why they're still undecided to play.

    I think the 10pm~11pm is a decent hour for PH and it's the hour that has been voted by the players, you have to think on the other countries too.
    The 3:00 PM UTC+0 castle siege time seems to be the most reasonable starting hour for all countries considering that in many servers countries like PH/VN have to start siege on late AM hours
